Produced at Gorilla HQ in the San Francisco Bay Area. Filmed on location in San Francisco, CA.
SoSafe, a leading cybersecurity awareness company based in Germany, wanted to film a company announcement video with their CEO during the RSA Conference in San Francisco, CA. With just a few business days before the event, their team reached out to Gorilla Creative, looking for a local video production company that could deliver success. The challenge? Tight timelines, evolving logistics, and a limited budget meant we had to move fast and think creatively.
SoSafe’s goal was to create a 60-second brand video that introduced SoSafe to customers while reflecting their mission of making cybersecurity more human. They wanted the content to feel premium yet approachable, optimized for LinkedIn, and visually rooted in San Francisco to underscore their global presence.
We jumped in immediately, guiding SoSafe’s team through location scouting, creative development, and production planning over the course of just 48 hours. After exploring various options, including green screen, indoor offices, and permit feasibility, we found an amazing private residence overlooking the San Francisco skyline. This location visually communicated SoSafe’s presence in the U.S. without the need for a large crew, permits, or other complicated logistics that we didn’t have time for.
On set, we filmed a fully scripted piece with their CEO. In post-production, we added stock footage, dynamic text graphics, and subtle motion design to bring the message to life, aligning closely with the brand’s visual style and voice.
Despite the tight timeline, global time-zone difference, and evolving project requirements, the final video delivered exactly what SoSafe needed: a bold, compelling brand video that reflects their brand and strategic ambitions. The project showcases our ability to move quickly, adapt creatively, and deliver high production value on a compressed schedule.
