Project Summary

This video is part of a multi-year campaign that we’re leading for Intuit to create a powerful library of assets that provide social proof and support the launch of Intuit Enterprise Suite.

The primary objective of the campaign is to create social proof that overcomes the perception that Intuit lacks the tools mid-market businesses (growing businesses with at least $3M annual revenue) need to run and grow their companies. Intuit turned to Gorilla Creative, a San Francisco corporate video production company and trusted creative agency to lead this project.

The Challenge

To drive growth and adoption of their flagship product, Intuit Enterprise Suite, Intuit needed authentic social proof featuring real businesses that have outgrown basic accounting software and rely on Intuit Enterprise Suite to run and grow their businesses.

The target audience is key financial decision-makers, like CFOs and controllers.

Our Approach

From customer discovery and story development to production and post production, Gorilla Creative led the entire process.

After customer discovery interviews with numerous potential candidates, we picked Humble House Foods, a hot sauce company based in San Antonio, Texas, to feature in the series.

Their story was a perfect fit: a growing business with multiple operating entities, complex reporting requirements, third-party integrations, and a clear need for advanced financial management tools.

Our team worked closely with Intuit and Humble House on messaging, interview prep, travel logistics, location planning, and on-location production (for video and photography). Production took place at Humble House’s manufacturing facility and offices in San Antonio, Texas. Over two days, our team filmed interviews, interior and exterior b-roll at multiple locations, and a complete set of still photographs for use in print and digital advertising.

Production & Post

The deliverables for this project included more than just video. We produced a comprehensive customer brief and messaging guide, a completed set of still photography assets, and 56 video assets. The video deliverables included flagship customer testimonial video (the 4-minute video seen above) along with videos optimized for social media, across paid and organic distribution channels on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and OTT channels.

Each video was designed to showcase Humble House’s real-world outcomes, like improved efficiency for a multi-entity business, real-time consolidated reporting, and seamless integration with important third-party apps.

The Outcome

By bringing focus and clarity to the authentic story of a real customer, we helped Intuit change the perception that QuickBooks is “just for small business” and showed that it’s a platform capable of scaling with complex, growing companies.

This project showcases Gorilla Creative’s ability to produce customer testimonial videos anywhere in the world, consistently and at scale.
